Proposition 39, which governs the District’s general obligation bonds, requires the establishment of a citizens’ oversight committee.
A strong effort has been made to ensure that the membership of the Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee reflects the diversity of the communities and the region served by the District. The District continues to seek candidates to fill one of the required categories.
