Description: Repair and renovate student cafeteria and study spaces to improve student service functions. The work includes reorganizing spaces, improve security, replace and upgrade interior finishes, improve electrical and lighting and develop student collaboration spaces.
Status: Construction began June 25, 2018. Demolition is complete. Electrical rough-in has been completed. Wall framing of certain sections has required real-time coordination between the Architect, CM and contractor. Installation of ductwork, fire systems and layout for finish items is underway.
