REVIEW OF EXPENDITURES
The schedule of proceeds and use of general obligations bonds for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011, was compiled by an independant third-party auditing firm as required by Proposition 39. The fiscal and performance audit engagement was performed by Crowe Horwath, LLP, in accordance with attestation standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The audit results indicate that the expenses were for valid bond purposes.
