EVC: Gullo Student Space Repurpose and Renovation

Project Description: This project involves the repair and renovation of the student cafeteria and study spaces to improve student service functions. The work includes reorganizing spaces, improving security, replacing and upgrading interior finishes, improving electrical and lighting fixtures, and developing student collaboration spaces.

EVC: Student Services Welcome Center & Counseling

Project Description:
This project involved painting building exteriors throughout the EVC campus, including the Sequoia, Cedro and the Observatory buildings.

SJCC: Library Interior Upgrades

Project Description: This project involved the interior renovation of the Cesar E. Chavez Library. It included new carpet, paint, and flexible, mobile, and ergonomic furniture.

SJCC: Demolition and Site Preparations for New CTE

Project Description: This project included the abatement and demolition of Building K, the auxiliary gym, pool, and women’s locker room building, in preparation for the construction of the new CTE building (Career Education Complex).

SJCC: Parking Lot and Street Repairs - Phase II

Funded by Measures X and G-2010

Project Description: This project included the installation of new bollards at various pay stations, the installation of PVC sleeves at existing bollards around parking lots, and delineators at pedestrian walkway.
